The Aslan building was purchased in Partnership with Rockford Development Group and quickly converted from a 26 unit apartment complex, to a condominium community known as Seventh Street Lofts. The above-average unit sizes and improving neighborhood, made this project a quick success. In addition to the residential units located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the mixed use building provides over 25,000 SF of Office and Retail space on the ground floor. Ownership performed an extensive renovation of the interior and exterior of the building, which allowed for the residential units to begin selling and the replacement of a low paying self storage operator with an office tenant willing to pay market rent.
