Honeycrisp Ventures acquired 7+/- acres of vacant land when a partner bought the neighboring business. The excess land posed an unnecessary cost for our partner and represented a real development opportunity for Honeycrisp. We worked patiently with our partner to market the site and spearheaded the design efforts to maximize the site. We pressed forward with the worthwhile risk of obtaining site plan approval and construction budgeting so we were ready when a global tenant needed to build quickly. Through a collaborative effort with Wolverine Building Group, we built 147,000 SF within 9 months of lease signing- harnessing unparalleled speed and efficiency to deliver long-term results for our investors and tenants.
